1. Directory information
Birthday Trail is an independent discovery directory. Listings, prices, package details, availability, photos, and descriptions may be incomplete, illustrative, outdated, or supplied by providers or users. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability. Confirm all terms, taxes, fees, safety requirements, accessibility, age limits, cancellation rules, and booking details directly with the provider.
2. No affiliation or endorsement
Unless expressly stated, Birthday Trail is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by listed businesses. Business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A listing is not a guarantee, recommendation, certification, or safety inspection.
3. External websites
Links take you to third-party websites governed by those websites’ own terms, privacy policies, and booking rules. Birthday Trail does not control or adopt those terms and cannot guarantee that third-party websites or offers will remain available. Please read the provider’s current terms before booking. Birthday Trail should only link to public official pages and should not copy third-party text, images, logos, or other protected material without permission or a valid legal basis.
4. User submissions
You are responsible for your recommendations, business submissions, corrections, and reviews. Submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit confidential information, children’s identifying information, personal contact details about others, unlawful content, spam, threats, or content that infringes rights. By submitting content, you grant Birthday Trail a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, review, edit for formatting, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the directory, subject to applicable law. Do not submit content unless you have the rights needed to grant this permission.
5. Reviews and moderation
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must disclose relevant personal, employment, family, financial, free-product, discount, or other material connections. Do not post fake reviews, impersonate others, offer incentives conditioned on positive sentiment, or attempt to manipulate ratings. Birthday Trail may reject, hide, or remove submissions under a consistently applied policy, but cannot guarantee that all user content is accurate. Nothing in these terms is intended to prohibit lawful honest opinions or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Business listings
Business owners may request a listing or correction but do not receive guaranteed placement. You confirm you are authorized to submit business information and any materials supplied. Birthday Trail may ask for verification or remove inaccurate, obsolete, disputed, or unauthorized material.
7. No booking service; limitation
Unless expressly announced in a future version, Birthday Trail does not take bookings, process payments, guarantee providers, or act as a party to any transaction. To the extent permitted by law, the prototype is provided “as is” without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Prototype status and changes
This version stores submissions in the browser where it is opened; forms do not send information to Birthday Trail or publish reviews to other users. Features, terms, and policies must be updated before public launch. Effective date: October 9, 2026.
